In-Home Nursing Care

At EldercareNC, we have a Registered Nurse who is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner on our team. CDPs can assist families with guidance on challenging behaviors and provide communication skills that will help improve interactions.

Per the North Carolina Board of Nursing, Certified Nurse Aides cannot use nail clippers or prepare client medication pill boxes/weekly planners. Our Registered Nurse can take on this task of scheduling nail trims and setting up medication planners. Medication planners can be set up for 2-8 weeks at time in one visit, per the family’s preference.
