Sterling Pope, RN BSN
A North Carolina native and a graduate of UNCW, Sterling has been with AssistedCare since 2013. Sterling was promoted within to be the Private Duty Nursing Supervisor and has served in that role since 2017. Sterling provides educational and clinical support to our team of skilled nurses and PDN family caregivers as well. Acting as a liaison with physicians, nurses, and PDN families, she ensures that the orders are current, information is readily available in the home, and the follow-through occurs at all levels, from NC Medicaid to the physician and with the you or your loved one. Sterling works hard to ensure the 1-1 care provided is of the highest quality, through ongoing education, plan of care updates, ensuring newly assigned nurses are appropriately acquainted to the routine and plan of care, and quickly and efficiently addresses any areas that need attention. Sterling is extremely committed to quality care, attention to detail, and is passionate about the care being provided.
Jessica is a life-long resident of Southeastern North Carolina and has been with AssistedCare since 2013. Jessica displays a natural, genuine, caring disposition. She shows that through communication and follow-through with every client, family, and nurse working with you or your loved one. That is what builds trust in that relationship. In her free time, she leads or participants in many charitable organizations that are close to her heart. As part of the matching process between the nurse and you or your loved one,she looks to find the right fit, sets up a meet and greet visit, and ensures there is a connection. She builds the schedule one month or longer ahead of time, so you know what to expect with who is coming into your home.
