We’ve been caring for our community for over 45 years. In that time we’ve been incredibly fortunate to work with caregivers and supporting team members who genuinely care for others and hope to make a difference in the lives of those they care for. In fact, we view ourselves as an extension of your family. As part of our ElderCare Promise, we will seek to match your family with the right caregiver for your loved one who will provide professional care and companionship with compassion.

Keilah Roberts, RN
In-Home Aide Supervisor
Keilah grew up in Kansas and spent her entire life there, meeting her spouse and starting a family. They traveled all over to CA, FL, NV, OK, AR, and GA visiting family and taking vacations. They dreamed of retiring on the coast near the water, and started looking at NC. When they landed in Wilmington, that felt like home to them, with the best of both worlds, the beach and the mountains, and they decided to settle their roots here in 2018. Keilah has been a Registered Nurse since 2013. She worked as a Clinic Manager before joining Eldercare as a Certified Dementia Practioner (CDP). Keilah is the only Home Care Supervisor in the area to achieve the CDP designation. She meets with clients and their families to provide education support and recommendations. She excels in this role, working 1-1 with the employees and the clients, overseeing the quality of care and ensuring the highest standards. Keilah is exuberant
and positive and always willing to go the extra mile. When Keilah was asked what she loves
most about being a nurse, she stated “seeing the positive impact it has on people’s lives. I always wanted to work in the medical field. I enjoy learning about how the human body works. I chose the route of being a nurse after my grandmother got Alzheimer’s. Showing someone you care, even if you can’t fix the problem, can make a positive impact.” Keilah knows first-hand how ravaging Alzheimer’s can be and that is why she takes a lot of time to work with the caregivers and CNAs to ensure they have all the tools and resources when in the home with a client who has a Dementia-related disease. Keilah and her family participate in the Walk To End Alzheimer’s Team each year too! She is an avid supporter of Alzheimer’s research. She is a
loving mom of 2 young girls and enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, traveling, riding her motorcycle, and DIY projects. She has a Boston Terrier named Dexter and shared that they
got him when he was a puppy. In her laughter, and through her
sunny smile, she said, “We are growing gray together!”
Kassidy White

Kassidy joined Eldercare’s office team in the fall of 2021, as the Service Coordinator. She grew up in Virginia Beach, VA and loved coastal living so much that she decided to pursue higher education in Wilmington. She is enrolled in the ADN program at Cape Fear Community College where she plans to work as a RN one day. Kassidy is one of the most jovial and positive people you will ever meet. Her warm personality brightens the room. When asked why she is pursuing her RN, she replied, “I want to help people and explore new places as a travel nurse one day.” In her spare time, she loves to take her new puppy to the beach. Peanut, her sweet companion and named after his yellow coat, is a full breed Labrador Retriever with the cutest red nose. Kassidy’s hobbies include the beach, traveling, and shopping. A fun fact most don’t know about her, is she was a gymnast for 16 years. She loved to compete in private competitions and excelled with the bars. Kassidy joins Keilah Roberts RN In-Home Aide Supervisor during the client admission process so she really gets to know the client and works hard to match the right caregiver to the schedule. She will personally set-up the “meet & greet” between the caregiver and the client and remain in constant communication with you throughout the services.
